Insights colours (exploring each personality type)

There are 4 main colour energies within the Insights Discovery personality profiling tool that represent different preferences, reactions, and personality types.

In this video, we are going to explain what the different personality color types are, some common traits associated with them, and how you may notice their behaviours on a good (and bad) day.

If you’ve not done a personality profile before – it doesn’t matter! Explore the different types with us in this video and think about which one you tend to favour and how you interact with different types!

The 4 colour system is a simple one to remember and importantly is easy to apply practically in the workplace. I particularly like that there are insights into the good, bad, and ugly days that people experience which can really help to improve communication and understanding within a team.
