Just came back from 🇺🇸 south trip and agree. Austin in an amazing city but not good for property at the moment. In addition, is almost 1M in population but the infrastructure and airport doesn’t accommodate the city sufficiently. Itll be interesting to see how this is dealt w in the future. Currently if it was strictly an investment decision I’d go ATL over ATX

Good points ! Another thing is the competition in getting a home . You have to be ready to move very quickly . You blink and the home is gone .

Very informative Loukas. Thanks. You must make a video on Indian property market specially 5 biggest cities. Indian's are wealthy but do not have knowledge about international property market . Unfortunately most of the builders ( some of them FORBES -550 Co.) have not delivered the flat in 12 + years. Half a million flats/ bungalows not delivered in India & billion of $ are stuck in property market. Some one like you can guide them to invest in Global market instead of India. Good Luck
