Reality is-
Saitama easily destroys goku because of many reasons like his unknown power and breaking the power scale. Saitama's power is unknown and he ALWAYS holds back even when he was fighting Garou, he held back so he wouldn't break the Core of Genos.
Saitama is also theoretically much faster than even the Zero Causality Fist, as it appeared to cause him no strain or fatigue when using it, implying even this isn't his maximum speed. Though Goku may be one of manga's most iconic powerhouses, One-Punch Man's Saitama is closing the distance with every chapter.
Whereas goku-
He exhibits the same strength effortlessly and yet still has more room for growth. At this point, he hasn't ever needed to use his full power, whereas Goku frequently needs to reach his limits. All in all,  Saitama wins this competition.

People need to realize that all the events up to chapter 194 in the manga of opm happened in a course of only 2 months. So saitama went from planatery to multi galaxy level in just two months. Which is an insane growth. At this rate he might surpass goku soon. But it will literally take like 50 years in the real world for the Saitama vs God fight to happen lol. Even season 3 is not animated now
