I listened to this song on repeat when my dad was dying from cancer. I lived in the same town but it took everything in me to go sit with him at the hospital and watch him forget who I was as the cancer ravaged his body.

Mother fought cancer for 8 years . There's were times I couldn't handle the idea of what was happening so I ran and I ran far . But I came back and cared for her till she passed . I regret the time I missed during my run.
