I misunderstood the list at first. It's talking about the best player by NBA standards to play overseas. So not while they were playing overseas. Just the best while in the actual NBA. The whole time I was like. How is Jimmer Fredette not on this list but then it clicked. He was terrible in the NBA but an absolute monster overseas. I'm with you now 😂
