They didn't let me put currency in after 8 years to being a customer. I cut them slack for now because they fought the good fight against the SEC and kept crypto alive in the U.S. while under extreme, hostile scrutiny. I just use other U.S. exchanges. Once crypto isn't risky in the U.S., new exchanges will rip Coinbase to shreds if they continue this policy.

I was banned from coinbase for no discernible reason. When I asked if I violated any terms or what it was that caused this problem they just told me I'm banned, again. They wouldn't even give me my documents for taxes.

Not only that. Pay attention to the fee charged along with a higher value of the asset that you’re trying to buy. The price shown on market chart in real time before buying is way less. They are double dipping and scamming customers!

Thanks for calling Coinbase out on this. I would like to see them investigated for this. Another thing when people complain on Reddit they always ask for the case number. Only problem with that is you can be at risk of being doxxed.

I got out of all centralized exchanges. Robinhood is worse. They cap what you can liquidate. Uphold marks up buys and marks down sell orders when volume is high. The very premise of blockchain is to disrupt these centralized entities. Don't forget that

My first experience with coinbase was really bad. I purchased just 300 xrp and they stopped my purchase power for a month. Support was crap, so I took my coins and will never go back.

I can second the worthlessness of their "customer support".
I had an issue, I raised a ticket. 7 days later my ticket was automatically CLOSED due to a "timeout". I responded that it had NOT been resolved. I did receive a response - they could not re-open a closed ticket. I raised a ticket complaining they had closed a ticket without resolving it. It was automatically closed 7 days later with no response whatsoever.

used coinbase for 4 years now on a couple different phones. Never had a single issue. Trading 2-5 times a week on average.

I left Coinbase a year ago. I always had problems with depositing to Coinbase from my bank. Support is useless. I also moved most of my assets off the wallet as well.

They lost me as a customer when they agreed to participate in the FLARE airdrop…then only did the initial 15% then said they didn’t need to complete the process… essentially stealing 85% of our flare tokens. I am extremely pissed off.
