Excellent job. My dad made one in the 90's. Instead of the bicycle wheel he used a sprockets and a chain and it is still going strong.

That's 55 US Gallons ;)
I saw this rig 25 years ago in Australia but the Tire was still on the wheel & the wiper motor ran directly against the tire :)

You could have just to put a rubber wheel on the wiper motor and bring it closer to the bicycle rim so they would touch and you would alleviate the belt you never have to worry about a belt breaking one less part to use more stable

I know the video is kind of old, but a got almost the same, the only difference is a got some bicycle sprocket with a wiper motor...only thing goes to fast..
