⚡Shocking 420watts on wheel of Pidcock, Sivakov and Tao - Ineos Grenadiers Training Camp in Spain

Thats how @INEOSGrenadiers train was pushing serious Watts to Vall d'Ebo climb. I was able to sit only few minutes before manager from support car told me not to film)) But with this crazy tempo it would be possible to hold on only for another 2min maximum)

During winter training camps its possible to meet Pro Riders and even ride with them for a few minutes if you have power in legs. Luckily I record almost all my rides on GoPro, so can share this videos with you.

The team was doing intervals...400w to 500w...they are pros but they are cyclists too. No problem to go on the last wheel.
Thanks for share it brother and again: you are very strong!!! 400 w is really really hard to keep!

Did they ok for you to ride with them? If not, then do this. This is their job and it is annoying for them to have hoards of amateurs going "let's see how long I can hold 400 W on their wheel" go pro videos.
