The "trolley" is actually from the same contractor that is also operating the 29 foot Gilligs you saw. Some of the extra section work was given to them and they typically run together with a scheduled full-sized bus. Routes S and 120 are actually separate routes. The S serves all local stops and operates via Alton Road, while the 120 makes limited stops, operates via Washington Avenue, and also has a short turn at the Haulover Marina on the north end (otherwise it also serves Aventura Mall like the S).

@HOUExplorer As somebody from the Miami area I want to thank you for always doing such classy videos of the City & Metro area's Mass transit systems! I had voted for our Local Transportation Tax back in 2002 where we promised "BayLink" which would have been a Rail link to Miami Beach but here we are almost 20 years later to no avail. Anyways I do appreciate and watch your Videos and sorry about that crazy Bus passenger but who knows where he was from!

How will I know where to get off at when I get to Miami Beach I’m taking a trip in oct .. help me out ..but I’m staying in Hollywood FL but will take a ride on the tri rail to Miami . please answer my question ..
