Prerna, i have bought a few Uniqlo pieces but over the years and i learnt the drawbacks. The puffy jackets - when kept in the potli for more than a year, are not fluffy anymore. I wore the jacket for one winter and it kept me warm for 10+ degrees but now it does not keep me warm at even 18 degrees because the stuffing has clumped together and does not trap air like before. This is despite my attempts to "re-fluff" it.
Also their sweaters are not pure wool and have majority plastic content. This is the same problem with Shein, Zara, H&m sweaters. I think sweaters are the worst item to mix plastic in because to give it the wool feel and appearance, the threads are losely weaved and shed a lot. This is micro plastic that you are inhaling constantly. Justine Leconte did a video on this recently.
