Contacting EC through Facebook is definitely the way to go!! I had an issue with another order so I thought I’d try it out and they responded so quickly, less than an hour. Thanks for sharing that awesome tip!!
Sad thing is that they made an error on the item I had ordered as a Christmas gift for my boss :/

Awesome haul :) I had a couple things I needed to contact them about. I did it by email, it takes them two days to respond.. I was ok with that since they are super nice and helpful. Just thought I’d mention that in case anyone was wondering what that experience is like. I should also mention that last months Black Friday was my very first time ordering from EC and I LOVE everything I have received so far 💕💕💕

Great video, would love to get a planner but it would be a waste of money. I always have great intentions to use a planner but after a week it gets pushed to the side due to being too busy to fill out the planner.
