Is this the same stumble the reporter referenced at the latest White House briefing? It was the last question being asked, and he came across as genuinely concerned for Biden's well being, but it was also the question that seemed to prompt Karine to wrap up the Q & A, and did not appear to take kindly to the question. I looked it up right after watching the conference today.
