Comparing guitar tone cap values

0.022uF = 22nF, 0.047uF = 47nF. 4.7nf (0.0047uf) or 10nF ( 0.010 uF) is pretty low cap value, and bright.

Hello. I don't know what's the matter with my guitar. Didn't mess up with the electronics but have lost fat thick sound...
On my amp I have to put bass and mid on 8, before they were about to 4 or 5 and it still sounded good.
It was warmer and crunchier before

Can hear the guitar acoustically over the amp. High gain with lots of EQ doesn't help.
Clean amp with neutral eq all at 12 would give most transparent result.

between Video/YouTube compression and my Speakers much gets lost - is there a big noticeable difference between .22 and .47 cap when tone is on 10? or only when you roll back the tone knob? Would it be worth getting a 2 capacitor switch for a guitar?
