The best tip from this video is "buy playsets". I'm speaking as player who's been playing since revised. (primarily a commander player) and it took me too long to realize I should get more than 1 copy of stuff. With 4 copies you keep the option open to play other formats. Worst case scenario: you have 3 copies to sell at a later date.

I had a friend back in the day that created a deck with only one way to deal damage. A single Dwarven Pony. It wasn't really a good deck, I don't really remember what was in it, but he did get it to work once, twenty hits with a pony, and boy was the other guy mad he lost to that 😂
