FINALLY! A sneaker list that captures how interesting the year has been. Nike losing steam opened up room for other brands and sneakers that we wouldn't have known about before. This widens our overall view of sneakers in general which is always exciting. The rule of not having retros as part of the list should be a list-wide rule in my opinion. Great list!

The unwarranted hate on the AMM 3s is what solidified for me how much reseller “influencers” determine what many people will wear.
Clearly was one of it not the top Jordan release this year

didn't buy too many sneakers this year as nothing really impressed me besides the hartcopy adidas bw army. i know you already talked about it and im kinda surprised they didn't show up on the list. SUPER lowkey but executed so well. can't say anything bad about it, had to buy 2 pairs, woulda bought 3 if i could honestly

Solid list, I love the variety of different sneaker brands. A lot of YouTubers just only stick to Jordan and Nike which is kinda lame.

My top 2024 pairs would be : 991V2 blue silver, 990V4 Arctic Grey, , END. x Adidas ZX8000 'Future' and Asics GEL-NYC Reddish Brown/Black. I like comfort and quality materials so I'm planning to stick with new balance in 2025 (if they keep selling their best colourways as GR like the past 2 years). Great list very diverse.

Top 3 (sneakers that I do not own I do not consider)

3. ASICS Novalis Gel-Teremoa Snow White Blue - Kiko Kostadinov did a great job making a new model that doesn't look like an ASICS sneaker
2. Salomon x MM6 ACS Pro Blue Bonnett - really wanted a blue sneaker this year and baby blue shade of this model was pretty
1. JJJJound x Adidas Samba Tobacco - easy to wear/style, looks good, reminds be the ALD 550s in that they can be thrown on without thought

Unexpected podium, unexpected that you don't mentioned the jumpman jack in the list and that there are a lot of asics and new balances... but the list is great! Also for me the foamposite CDG were a good shoes that I missed this year, and special mention for the Junia Watanabe NB 1906 loafer, they did a super job! Have a nice Christmas Josh! Bye from Italy
