Drone footage shows oil spill on Philippines coast

Thick sludge was seen along the shores of Mindoro Island following an oil spill from a sunken fuel tanker. The MT Princess Empress was en route to Iloilo province in the central Philippines carrying 211,338 gallons of fuel oil when it suffered engine trouble in February.
