So the order is 213 213 321 with the numbers corresponding to which wire to cut first, so middle wire first for the first and second .. if that makes sense

If you have engineering 4 Robocop will say it doesn’t matter which order you disarm the 12 volt cables yet if you always do red first you will die. I think it may be a bug.

So this game section and whoever created this had no common sense. I clearly read the description right and yet the answers make no sense according to the directions the game creators made . This is so badly designed who give direction of highest to lowest voltage when that's not the answer clearly.
