Looks amazing! Perfect mini pc to build a ceph cluster for my home lab. However I think I will wait until there is more information from the community about the power draw, thermals and driver stability before I place an order.

Be aware, that the Nvidia RTC4000SFF GPU has a PCI-16 interface; the Minisforum MS-01's PCI slot is Gen4, Eight-Lane, so 1/2 throughput.

A well designed piece. Had been looking for a piece for quite a long. But have some observations if anyone can give the answer...

is there any special reason of limiting that PCI-E slot to 4.0x8 ?? is there any possibility of something coming out with full 16 lanes? Those processor has support for gen 5....
how about the custom cooled A2000 ?? where can we find that bracket?

I'm impressed with the number of drives you can put in the box. But I'm not sure if there's sufficient cooling to keep the temperature down especially with the two NVME drives.

Love this unit and its features but a bios and driver update is desperately needed.
Running Windows 11 and randomly get a crash and reboot - only indicator in the event viewer is a power kernel related error.
Windows has been reloaded, memory type has been swapped out for a second brand type, unit is actually sitting on 120mm fan base for extra cooling and nothing has helped solve the issue.
Anyone else have similar? were you able to correct - if so, how?

I'm confused, if I want to use the M.2 to U.2 adapter for a 2.5" SSD, AND a m.2 SSD, which switch should the m.2 power switch be in?

will this unit overhead if the top of the unit is covered? e.g stacking 3 units on top of each other in a cluster? I am thinking about a stack 3 high and 2 wide to go into a rack for kubernetes cluster
