The LA Governor needs to indicate how many came off ventilators because they got better, how many because they were splitting ventilators to two patients and one came off but the other stayed on and how many went from ventilator to CPAP or BiPAP or just oxygen and how many came off because they died while on the ventilator or were taken off because they were at the point of death. That gives a clearer picture and permits and empowers a more organized, informed understanding of the true situation by the public. Details matter.

Separate the deaths BY WHO IS DYING WITH CV and WHO IS DYING OF CV that is important intel. And age. Lumping it all together and not telling about the fact they weighed 350 lbs or had diabetes or cancer is NOT OK. YOU HAVE TO DIFFERENTIATE THIS DATA!!! NOW

Regarding uber/Lyft :
This is what Louisiana put in their unemployment info-
To qualify for PUA benefits, you must not be eligible for regular unemployment benefits and be unemployed, partially unemployed, or unable or unavailable to work because of certain health or economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This means if you work for another job - you are employed even if you worked two jobs and now only work one. For my husband, he is no longer working for Uber. But it doesn’t matter- he works his day job full time. He doesn’t qualify. Even though we depended on Uber to help pay the bills.

USA needs to build his own factories in his land to produce all the facemask, and other protections equipments which might be controlled by the enemy in the possible war time. They are not difficult to make. All the previous presidents were not aware of that before? All the money-making companies like Microsoft, Apple, Amazon did not think that before? Now we pay the price because of that.

Thank you Governor Edwards for acquiring funding from the federal government on the 8th and holding it until the 13th.


Also thank you for making unemployment claims retroactive back to the week ending April 4th, although most "Louisiana Workers" have been laid off since early to mid March.


Thank you Governor Edwards for also falling short on pretty much everything Louisiana would had needed, had this virus got the worse it could had.


I LOVE my state! But it is times like these when I question why I choose to live in such a incompetent and impoverish state. Oh well, I guess I will take my $600 bucks and catch up on "3" weeks worth of bills. I hope Governor Edwards is enjoying his paycheck that he really doesn't deserve given this cluster f*%k response to the pandemic. I hope all the state revenue Mardi Gras brought in this year was worth it.
