Majority of people in Hero Showdown never respect a 1v1 they just spam their abilities on me while my clueless teammate is wandering around the map.

Tip for the assault class: When playing the El-16-HFE, don't hold down the fire button since that chnages the recoil pattern. Instead use it as some sort of dmr and spam the fire button. You will have almost no recoil!

I’m having some issues with perfect partying, I’m doing the same, thing, holding block then tapping attack when the lightsabers make contact, I even hit the opponent, yet I still take damage, does this mean I’m doing it a little too early? Great vid btw keep it up with the great tips.

Tips for when in a 1v2 situation because of toxic players ganging up. 1st: Always keep them in front of you, 2nd: get a height difference between you, when they jump down or up the use one of your abilities (they can’t block) it may be pesky but fight fire with fire, 3rd: if your teammate is still alive try to regroup with them, 4th: you can parry 2 enemies at once but one of them will get some damage on you. 5th: doge backward so you can hit both of them with your ability. I dunno if this is helpful but there you go.

For duels as light side, rey is a good choice because using Mind Trick + Insight, then dashing behind them and striking them can do a big deal of damage. They cant turn around from the Mind Trick, so you can easily get a few hits from the back. Also some star cards boost the duration and damage of it so there's a guaranteed kill.

Had to figure out the perfect parry from watching a Star video with highlights and seeing him doing that. When I saw it I though - oh yeah - definitely have to master this

I used the perfect parry and Rey's mind control to make a kylo super weak and then he walked off a ledge at kamino

Another good tip for stamina is that when you don't have any stamina and your abilities are on recharge, dash and jump all over the place and deactivate your lightsaber. Stamina recharges slightly faster when your lightsaber is deactivated, and dashing and jumping prevents your enemy from being able to hit you.

now there is another thing I personally use is that you quickly dash behind your opponent and hit them and then dodge away, its quite effective against swing spammers

I love fighting spammers when using dooku because with his duelist and expose weakness ability and with the right star cards you can three hit any hero and kill them.
