Dang it man, this is the very first cymbal review over 10 minutes that I thoroughly enjoyed and was incredibly accurate. Loved this

I LOVE the sweet crashes. They're what brought me back to Zildjian. I got the 17 & 19 crashes, 21 ride, and 15 Avedis hats.

Nick is great. Always fun to have a listen to him play those drums and cymbals.

I just love Nick. I learn more from him selling me drums than any other clinic drummer.

This is one of the best cymbal reviews I've ever watched, this dude Nick is an animal. And oof, these are awesome-sounding cymbals.

Holy crap I just fell in love with these cymbals. I've always really dug A Customs but these are way more versatile and they still cut through the mix. Really impressed. Nick is also my favorite review guy because he really gets into the details.

Those examples of how we can incorporate those cymbals into our particular style are great... I think those cymbals were an excelent choice for every style, you always say that all of the Sweetwater products are very capable but this time I agree. Great Video!!!

The K Sweets sound amazing. And you're absolutely right. Bigger cymbals don't equate to louder. Your comment reminds me of a guitar player I used to jam with. I used to use 14" hi-hats. One day I took two 17" crashes and made them into hi-hats. When I told the guitarist what I did he scoffed and said "Oh great. Now you can be even louder." I laughed and said; "No, they're actually quieter and much warmer too." And that's what I was looking for. The warmth. The quieter part was nice too because that added a new dimension to my playing for softer songs because I'm just a naturally louder player. It's all about the science. On bigger cymbals sound waves have a longer path to travel, which in turn lowers the pitch and warms the sound. Again, great video, and awesome new product.

I would consider adding these to my Paiste 2002 cymbals, could produce a nice mix. Both have a nice smooth crash sound & sustain with balance. And listening to Nick play all those styles, always amazing!

This guy always gives better reviews than those who always focus on their chops rather than defining cymbal sound. Great job man!

My wife and I just got back from a road trip to Sweetwater from Nevada. I bought a Zildjian sweet cymbal pack while there. I tried 'em while there, but now that I'm home and put them up on my kit.... my goodness these sweet K cymbals sound absolutely beautiful!

A much better demo than the Avedis Zildjian Company video and their Hair-Band-Slammer. These are musical instruments not shop tools!

Zildjian has the best cushion available. You can easily float, or stomp through any music.

I just received my 5 pack last week. The hats are bit darker then my A Customs, but has a nice crisp bite and wash. The 19" is very loud, the 17" is beautiful, but I am partial to 17" crashes. The ride is perfect for any style of music, it has a great bell and a defining ping while riding, with the perfect little wash and overtone.
This package will work for gospel, any form of rock, thrash, death or 80's metal.
I would highly recommend the Sweet 16" & 18" and/or 17" & 18" K Fast crashes to compliment the package. Nick gives you what you need with diligence.
