Jendall forever. And I like how it shows signs that he's gonna pick Lucy, but he chooses Jo. It's like Katie said, his brain won't tell him what to do, but his heart will lead him where he needs to be. The visual signs were all a brain thing.

On a radio interview Kendall said that whom he’d choose wasn’t scripted and that he LITERALLY had to make a decision!! It was untill the “walking part” that it was scripted but the “choosing part” wasn’t.

He then later on added: “it seemed more logic to choose for Katelyn (Jo) because he still had feeling for her! If in real life it comes at me I’d also think to have chosen my “Jo”. It would also be really stupid if he chose for Lucy when he still had feeling for his “ex”, it would hurt her even more.”

ever since i was a kid, watching him pick jo over lucy really broke my heart. lucy literally witnessed her own ex cheating on her *for the second time*, and on the same day kendall chose his ex over. I've always liked Jo but I can see that Kendall's love for Lucy is more.. sweet. He's done so much for lucy, he went against the rule of dibs for her, saved her from getting into trouble from her strict musician parents, tried to ask her on a date many times & lastly he had all his friends to back him up so that he can date Lucy. I mean yeah kendall and jo had history but let's be real you'd be hurt as fuck if y'all are in lucy's shoes ..

i understand that lucy was hurt and that she and kendall could have a future together but think more about it, kendall would still try to forget jo completely, what he felt for her was not completely erased, if he stayed with lucy it would not work because he would keep thinking about jo since she came back and it would hurt even more lucy, if he really loved lucy that way he would definitely choose her.

This episode is similar to the series finale of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.

Ned has to choose between Suzie and Moze after Suzie moves back due to her dad getting a new job back in town while Kendall has to choose between Jo and Lucy after Jo moves back into the Palm Woods due to the movie set getting caught on fire. Ned chose Moze when he started to like her which resulted in Suzie dating Loomer again while Kendall chose Jo when he realized that he still had feelings for her which resulted in Lucy moving out of the Palm Woods. Also, a character played by Daran Norris spent time trying to catch a rodent (Gordy tried to catch the weasel while Buddha Bob tried to catch a mouse). Coincidentally, Scott Fellows created both shows.
