A: no! it is not just open it apply settings close it and you're good to go on all games

Q: do i need to open it when i first turn on my pc?
A: Yes but it only takes 3 seconds

Q: does this cause input delay or fps drop?

A: if you leave it open it might take away some fps and add a delay but with it closed it has no effect what so ever
