The term "MMM" must evoke a few ugly reminiscences from people who have been gullible sufficient to make investments huge sums within-side the failed famous cash doubling scheme founded by Sergei Panteleevich Mavrodi, a Russian monetary fraudster. His multi-million Naira fraudulent scheme becomes broadly and honestly referred to as “MMM”.

But this time, what has a Fuji super mega-celebrity in Nigeria got to do with MMM?

Well, Pasuma is an artist who likes to reason otherwise from others. And in his style, he has decided that the next level for his brand of music is to come up with his own version of MMM. And he is hoping his teeming fans would accept it warmly and widely as they have always accepted every single and album he has launched so far in the music industry over the years.

At the risk of sounding immodest, I will say this track is the very best piece of any contemporary Fuji Music, and coming from Pasuma makes it more instructive and soothing. I took my time to digest the lyrics of the song, and as someone who grew up in Mushin during the time Pasuma was burgeoning, I know this track is therapeutic to Pasuma himself, looking back in time and sharing his gratitude in style and candor. I still believe the song is underrated and I wish it is played more on our local radio to encourage those who are still on the ladder of struggle. This song is a classical narrative of grass to grace and a beautiful portrait of how to manage success. Well-done Alabi Pasuma and long may you live. Amin.

I stumbled on this track 3 days ago, I'm so surprised this album has been released almost 2 years now and I'm just listening to it now. Being a Mushin/Surulere boy in the 90's, we have transversed different genre of music, we know when a musical work is a masterpiece . Though I evolved a little away from Fuji music but this track subconsciously ignited a new feeling of love for Alabi Pasuma. It got me thinking way back to our days at idi-Araba high school. We had an event in school called "Garri Carnival" and his first album -"Recognition-o da mo ni yen" was played, we all went crazy on the dance floor. I submit that this particular piece should be archived as a national treasure in our National Library. It exemplifies the true Nigerian spirit, the lyrics embodies every tenet of the "omoluabi" traits of yester years. This is very inspiring, touching, encouraging and thought provoking.
