Say goodbye to store-bought snacks and hello to these homemade cauliflower tater tots! Packed with nutrients and flavor, this recipe is perfect for babies 6 months and older who are starting to explore new foods. Check out the video to see how easy they are to make.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1 1/2 cup of almond flour (can add more if consistency is too watery)
- Seasoning: Italian, garlic powder and oregano (add salt if not serving to babies)
Mix all the ingredients, shape, spray with avocado oil and air fry for 12min. Flip half way. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
