Maximalist Fall Decor Dining Room Part 2

This is part 2 of my Maximalist Traditional style decor in the dining room.

Sausage Tortellini Soup
1 lb. Breakfast sausage
1 zucchini, cut into 1” cubes
1 medium yellow onion
1 15 oz. Can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 carton beef broth
1 C. Heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. cheese filled tortellini

In a large soup pot, cook the sausage over medium high heat.
Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the zucchini and tomatoes.
Add the tomato paste, broth, and tortellini.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cream. Add more broth if it is too thick.

Serve warm with Parmesan cheese to garnish.
