it doesn't address the truly rich who are making millions through dividends and capital gains. Why I, a person who started from nothing and still haven't been able to buy a home have to pay higher marginal tax rate than Paris Hilton who inherited all her wealth and is just collecting interest and dividend.
How is an average person supposed to keep up if their income from labor is taxed at a higher rate than someone who doesn't work and just lives off of their family fortune???
