In this animated video, we discuss the journey to undetectable. If you have HIV, getting and keeping an undetectable viral load, or being undetectable, is the best thing you can do for your health. If your viral load stays undetectable, you have effectively no risk of transmitting HIV to an HIV-negative partner through sex.
