Great job locating the issue! Now hopefully you'll get some more stuff going with it.

Do you REALLY think that 2000A fuse pops for no reason? Most likely, you have shorted components in the inverter, and putting a new fuse in will just blow another fuse (which doesn't look like a cheap part in and of itself). I would be hunting down the root cause of the fuse blowing before installing a new one...

Bolt a huge solid copper bus bar there. Thug. Life.

Well a blown fuse is a symptom of a problem; seldom the problem

What year is your S? Trim level? Any messages on dash? Any way to test it is blown before taking the HV battery off? Where else could a Pyro fuse be for S? Is there also a 12V big fuse too? We want to see the indication / confirmation before taking things apart.

Are you able to buy another one from Tesla? I have a hard time navigating their websites to try to get parts.. I have been able to see parts and part number listings but I can’t seem to figure out a way to order them. I have been able to download a manual for free though.

They don't blow by accident. Find out why before you install the new one. Seems human nature to put in a new fuse just to watch it blow - it confirms THERE IS a problem, which is fine with a 2 buck fuse, but that's NOT a 2 buck fuse....

This is the kind of bullshit I tell people about when they ask my why I'd never own a Tesla 😂

Why wouldn't they use a circuit breaker in a easy place to to get to 😮

These do not blow for no reason. Check the output cables for a short.😮
