Nevermo BYU grad here. The guy with the genetics remarks does have a point. Fanny Alger allegedly had a son with Joseph, supposedly a son named Orson; however, there is no documentation of his existence, just rumors. Joseph allegedly "did the big one" with all of those women, but none of the offspring seems to have survived. Joseph Smith was not sterile, so...?

Yet, they tacitly submit to the authority of Catholic Bishops meeting nearly 300 years later, in the late 4th century, to even know what books belong and don't belong in their bible. They have exactly the same New Testament books, 27 out of some 300+ early Christian writings that these men declared to be scripture.

And all of them, 100%, were Trinitarians.

If one can't trust them on their belief in the Trinity, why trust them on the book that they declared to be God's Written Word?
