Matcha pudding 🍵

Silky, smooth and delicious!

Ingredients:
• 350 ml whipping cream (plant-based or regular) (1.5 cup)
• 60 ml milk (plant-based or regular) (1/4 cup)
• 1.5 tsp matcha green tea powder
• 1 tsp agar agar (or use 1 tbsp of gelatin powder)
• 70 g sugar (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Sift the matcha powder into a medium saucepan, then add the agar agar.
2. Gradually add a small amount of milk and whisk it until you achieve a lump-free paste.
3. Add the remaining milk, heavy cream and sugar to the saucepan.
4. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture starts boiling.
5. Once it starts boiling, let it boil for 2 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence. Give it a quick stir.
7. Right away, pour the mixture into some lightly oiled molds.
8. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 1-2 hours, covered in some surround wrap, to set completely.
9. Enjoy your perfectly silky and smooth matcha pudding as a delightful and satisfying dessert.
