Does it help with condensation build up in the cold winter months? I ask because I thought it said on the box that the vent only opened in the warm weather - 23 degrees Celsius and up. Love to hear back about this cause I have a huge issue in the winter cause I have to let the doors hang down but open yet still have a condensation issue.
