So, if I understand it correctly:
1. The Septuagint doesn't have 'in his image'.
2. The Dead Sea Scroll passage is too fragmented to be of any help.
3. 'In his image' is only found in the Masoretic Text.

Is my summary correct?

Could it be that the Septuagint translation was influenced by Platonism (which made the gods more abstract and depersonalised them)?

I've watched a couple of times and I'm not sure I understand. You mean that one of the phrases "in his image" was deleted, or both of them in verse 27?
