Cappuccino Muffins
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: Makes 12 regular muffins
Coffee lovers can now enjoy mouth-watering cappuccino flavoured muffins.
Ingredients
500g Snowflake EasyMix Cappuccino Muffin Mix
125ml Cooking Oil
200ml Water
2 extra-large eggs
Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Place Easymix into a mixing bowl.
Lightly beat eggs, oil and water. Add to Easymix and mix with a spoon until just combined. Do not over mix.
Spoon equal quantities of the mixture into well-greased muffin pans.
Bake for +/- 20 minutes.
