Great video, we thought it was just a loose connection, but took everything out, cleaned the transducer as advised, put everything back together & we now have our 'flames' back!

Great video !!! I have been trying to get my fireplace going for over 6 months now with no luck.I even ordered a new transducer $158.00 Canadian, no luck. This video is excellent! We've had our Optimyst for a week and are very happy with it. We have enjoyed the flame effect, but having tinkered with our setup slightly having followed your vid (i.e. making sure the black wire is well away from the transducer white disc), the flames are ten times better! Brill!

Without your video, I wouldn't have had a clue how to assemble my fire, as the instructions that come with the fire are dire and unprofessional. I can't believe someone thought the format of the instruction booklet was suitable to send out with these fires!

hi... I have the mist but when I put the orange tray in it stops the smoke rising and traps it inside? any ideas?

I replaced the transducer about 2 years ago as it kept turning off after 30 seconds. It's clean has water so is there something I'm missing

try deionized water, should not have any hard water deposits after switching
