Mike's idea of a "knowledge vault" is similar to what I call "building a bridge, " a phrase inspired by The Bridge Builder by Will Allen Dromgoole. Pass on that institutional knowledge. Same concept as William of Conches's "Hence we are like a dwarf perched on the shoulders of a giant."
