Uninstall Seqrite End Point Security without Password.

I did as said and all the data from Client Agent folder got delete but the endpoint still did not got uninstalled. I think the main program folder is "Seqrite" .
Any other way remove it completely ?

My friend has this seqrite endpoint security in his laptop. yesterday, the lisence get expired. he tell me to remove this security but because of password (he forget). it cant get uninstall. he want to buy new security software kesperky. but we first have to remove this expired security software.
