Yes He was. And He rose from the dead on the third day. Jesus is the divine son of the living God. King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus will judge the living and the dead. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Nobody cometh to the Father expect through Him.

i am a Christian, and went back to the Bible. It was verses 39-40 not 38, a little error there. Regarding 3 days in the fish belly versus 3 days in the heart of the earth, it was just a matter of the sign as positional status of each person for such duration, nothing is linked to being dead or alive. As far as Jesus was buried for 3 days in the grave equally to the timeframe by Jonah, He already fulfilled the prophecy. That was a wrong interpretation by Dr Naik, in my opinion.

Hmmm... he didnt say whether he was crucified, he just demonstrating that Jesus was alive when he was waiting to ascend to heaven.
