I feel like the dollar generals and family dollars have the best pulls. I miss their 3 card pack mystery packs. I use to do real well with those.

nope it is entirely random every time you open a pack. you are just psyching yourself out because you do it so often and are looking for a pattern to get the best results when such a thing doesnt exist

I don't know about which places have best pulls, but there is a smaller walmart that I have gotten one or two boosters every so often and scored rainbow cards... mainly trainers. My latest pull was last week when I finally scored alt art Giratina. Made my whole day.
