I have thin, fine hair and wear hair extensions. I started taking hair growth vitamins last fall. I was skeptical, but I have seen so much growth around my hairline in the front (I’m sure there’s growth everywhere but I can only see the front 😂). The brand is Goldilocks and I would highly recommend trying them.

I watched a makeup artist in Canada talk about this hair dryer and she swears by it...she also suffers from thinning hair..I am thinking about it..I am 65 and even though I am on HRT, it is still thin

This was fabulous! I literally want to try ALL these products, lol! I have fine hair but have never had issues with thinning hair until I got Telogen effluvium twice in the last 2 years. So scary! Since then, I’m always on the hunt for products that help with thinning and shedding as well as volume so this was SO helpful! Thanks Mandy!! Your hair looks beautiful btw! 💕💕💕
