In this video I determine how far away our infrared sensor can be placed and still operate correctly. I need to have the sensors placed as far away from ground as possible and still operate correctly in order to maximize ground clearance and prevent the sensors from becoming damaged during normal operations. This same sort of testing represents a great way to test and then install a sensor onto a robot.

I’m a Newbie, so with my 1054Z I still need help with getting all the settings correctly set so when I hook up the probe I see what you are registering. Can you direct me to setting up 1054Z for newbies type videos?
