Absolute masterclass by max. He was literally the only driver on track that could consistently pass at any point. Not only was this a beautiful drive but the timing of it was perfect. He was taking so much heat from the media and fans about not being able to handle the pressure and falling off then came out and shut everyone up instantly.

What a race. Can watch again and again. Lando should see how Max patiently works his way up in a race with no DRS. It is only in the 43rd lap he passed for P1. How he decided to stay out and took the chance which converted to victory.

See how drivers were spinning out. How many times in how many races Max has anticipated and corrected his spins immediately to continue racing? Didn't make single mistake in this race.

What a pleasure to watch a master at work. Wonderful race. Followed by an emotional and delightful podium. Followed by possibly the best FIA post race conference in the entire year. Jovial, relaxed, nice questions, some memories and experiences shared by the drivers. No British press.
