Wow, I'm really impressed by Bill's pronunciation. His accent actually makes it more scary. :D

This is easily the best talk show on Earth. This format....why isn't it used in America? WAYY more social with a group and some drinks.

When he said "Who do you think you're talking to? in Japanese, he sounds really authentic. (yeah, it doesn't actually mean "Now you're going to die, " but if someone uses the words he uses, a fight could well be the outcome because of the way it's said. The verb for "speaking" is the one used for humble language but since it's used for the person you're talking to, it shows that you consider them way beneath you. (Yeah, all that humble and honorific language is what is used largely instead of swearing in Japan.)
As for the Making Out book, I worked at the publisher that put that book out and helped with the editing. So glad Murray enjoyed it.

This book is pure gold. It has even a section called "street fighting" and a sentence that goes something along the lines of "I don't love you anymore so I want you to delete my phone number".

 I KNEW Murray was going to mention this book from the start. I actually bought mine just after the reissue in 2005 and a week before I flew to Japan. Been here ever since and that little book has gotten me into a lot of trouble... some good some bad :P
