We need to punish the corrupt politicians.

shouldn't ANTIFA be held accountable for their actions too?

Ok, but why not equal treatment for those who attacked the Courthouse? Oh yeah, we're supposed to forget that now.

Remember the two lawyers that threw Matatov cocktails as police cars? They only got 15 months.

I don’t agree with much of the proud boys ethos and Biggs deserved some kind of sentence for fighting with cops and doing any physic damage to the capitol in the process of breaking in but this sentence is insane & draconian. The DOJ is out of control

This is what happens under a dictatorship, people are put in prison for their views.

They would have got a lighter sentence if they killed someone.

My gut tells me these people aren't the real problem. It seems fishy and politicized.

Their lawyer omitted significant facts concerning Trump's remarks on the Ellipse. Trump told them to protest peacefully. Additionally, one question would be whether these Proud Boys guys were at the Ellipse to hear Trump's words. Many of the most disruptive individuals were already at the Capitol and engaging in their activities.

This includes Ray Epps, who is likely a federal operative who incited the rioting. Clear evidence is on video regarding his role yet he was not charged. I believe that due to public pressure he is now being charged, but I doubt he will get serious time. And, I believe this is because he was a federal operative and his orders were coming from corrupt government officials.

Blows me away, still, how nearly half of the country does not take this seriously. Life isn’t a friggen video game.

"Two leaders of the right-wing extremist group the Proud Boys were sentenced..." Just say two leaders of the Proud Boys were sentenced. Enough with the labels.
