I have an even bigger problem that I would like to know if it has been resolved. Only the google application will connect to the internet, every other application from steam to spotify to epic games and even websites I go on will say no internet, although websites load in I cannot login anywhere on my PC. Someone help me please!!

Just found how to fix it. I dont know if you have to do these steps from the video or not, but still try them. I logged in on phone with VPN first and then did the same on PC and it worked, I dont know how, but if it hepls anyone be sure to try it out.

My issue was that we had reset our modem remotely from out browser-based client and my pc didn't recognize it had internet connection despite every online app working fine. I flushed my DNS and checked to see if my firewall was really stopping Spotify from working (I got an error code that said so earlier). I uninstalled Spotify then reinstalled, and I got error code 4. I pulled out my ethernet cable and put it back in which made it change from no internet access to an open NAT. Spotify then worked. 30 minutes of trouble for what is basically "turn it off and on" 😭
