I have been trying to meditate into a trance state for the longest!!! I have finally done so successfully while in a trance yesterday I had visions of the Salem witch trials and I could feel the pain and the longing, I looked into a pond and seen myself but I wasn't me, I looked alot like me but it wasn't me...
