It’s great that these kinds of films are created. It Doesn’t go serve evangelization very much when they don’t get distributed widely. It becomes a “preaching to the choir” kind of thing.

Thank you for so kindly pointing out my typing errors. I should be more careful in future. It is helpful to have people like you binge so critical of everyone else. As a perfect being you must find life very hard.
I went to a public school and there is nothing wrong with my grammar. I don't know what you term "academic" - my physics degree was at London University.

If our differing beliefs bring us comfort and happiness, then who can say we are wrong? It has been a pleasure to disagree with you sir. Peace, love and happiness :)

They're really rather vague questions when stated like that, they could be expanded to: "Why do we possess a conciousness?" and "Why does anything exist at all?" If you have the answers then feel free to share them!

I have more doubt that gravity exists than that God exists. I KNOW God, therefore I KNOW He exists. In exactly the same way I KNOW my wife exists cos I KNOW her. But I cannot say the same for gravity - I cannot see gravity so I just have to BELIEVE, in faith, that it exists.

I don't know what exactly you're referring to.

where did you get your information... hmm?

Yes, but when you attended court your witness statement was weighed up against all the other evidence to see if it matched. If it had been inconsistent with other evidence it would've been considered wrong. I rest my case your honour.

I do not BELIEVE in God. I KNOW He exists. It is not FAITH. I know it to be true. I KNOW this more than I know that gravity exists.

The champion Atheist of the last 60 years Antony Flew came to his senses and wrote the book There is a GOD:

it now seems to me that the findings of more than fifty years of DNA research have
provided materials for a new and enormously powerful argument to design."

I have faith in gravity - I didn't say I doubted it. I am certain of God's existence, I have faith in gravity. I know God = knowledge. May God bless you as you continue on your journey of life. He will be there with you all you have to do is ask Him to help you. Bless you

Which London university? (There is no university with the name 'London University' to my knowledge). London is a city with many universities, I suggest you contact the one you attended, return your degree and ask for a full refund on you tuition fees. I have never claimed to be a perfect being, I would imagine a 'perfect being' would find life rather easy.

I'm pleased you want to know more about God and the way He reveals Himself to us.The latter is the best way to describe Him. He manifests Himself in different ways. For example, God the Father is more a sensing of the power of God, whereas Jesus is more of a presence in the way one feels the presence of another human. With God, the Holy Spirit it is a sense of the "heart being warmed" (to quote John Wesley) - there is a real warmth with the Spirit. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to share

I have read it, in fact I find I am far more familiar with its content than many Christians. I went to church as a kid, I believed what the grown-ups told me, I read the Bible. God did not reveal Himself. There is no proof that the Bible is anything more than a collection of mythical stories. The old testament is the Hebrew equivalent of Homer's Iliad, a collection of folk stories and mythology.

I am not admitting to being offensive. I posted a comment pointing out that the description of the video was incorrect in it's assumption about atheists believing science disproves God, it merely gives us reason to doubt. You started posting on my thread with your own ill thought opinions, you actively engaged me in debate. It is not an offence to disagree with someone, if this is upsetting you then take your leave. You have made many claims but not backed them up with any evidence or logic.

Prior to university I took the Genesis idea of Adam/Eve and the Garden of Eden on faith. I studied physics and ampongst other things The Big Bang. What a load of rubbish and clearly not scientific nor logical. This affirmed my belief in God creating the world

For sake conversation lets say the there is more than just natural material universe. I have a feeling a god exist with no afterlife or there is an afterlife (somehow consciousness continues) but no god. Also why does no one ever speak of gods anymore as in plural ?

When I attended court as a witness, I said what I had seen and heard. So in the same way I declare what I have seen and heard. I know God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit

Do Christians believe soul is in the brain? The brain is who we are but when damaged affects who we are so no brain no person right? Dualism is history because of neuroscience. In not be fictitious. In really curious. Also is it not true Jesus and the New Testament never really spoke of a soul ?

Gravity is mathematically verifiable, not a matter of faith. That the Earth is orbiting the sun and that you are simply not floating away from the surface of the planet is observable evidence of gravity. In order for me to better understand your relationship with God and how you 'know' Him, describe how these conversations take place. Does he appear to you physically? Do you hear his voice as an external, audible sound? Or is it in your head as something distinct from your own internal voice?
