It's an awesome smoker, no issues at all. No wifi/Bluetooth crap to connect because more times they won't connect. Built very well

When you attached the spice box, I’m assuming you have to leave the bottom two screws a little loose, because there is no way to tighten them after you put the spice box on the side

I'm thinking of purchasing this pellet grill. I cannot find other reveiws or videos on this particular series of pit boss. Is there any more info or pros and cons you have found with this grill so far? Is there a cover that fits this grill?

Got this one at Costco also. Almost got the treager Silverton but this one sears thr meats. That'd what I wanted the most after a good smoke. To be able to sear my meats.

Hello there. Would you say the Sportman is taller than the last PB you had? Navigator series is supposed to be a little bit taller which I like, but you can’t find them anywhere so I was going to just get the Sportsman. Appreciate it !!

How is it performing for you? I recently got the same one and have noticed big temperature issues with it, for instance when I have the temp dial set to 250 the actual temp will run about 300 and it seems to be consistent with other temp positions as well all about 50 degrees higher. I wanted to know if you are experiencing this?

Thank you for posting this review of this specific model. It convinced me to buy it. The spice rack, collapsing front shelf, side tray and adjustable sear spot arm are hard to find all in one. All its missing is wifi.

How long did yours take to be delivered?

*Edit* Nope, never mind. I'm not spending $110 in shipping. Wish they had this model in stores. Sucks major giraffe testicles.

I got a pitboss sportsman 1000 and will never waste my money on anything pitboss again absolute garbage smoke setting temp climbs up and up to 500F burns to hot on all settings . peace of shit save you're money
