Tommy Carruthers 1 Day JKD Seminar 10AM - 6PM on September 24, 2022. In San Francisco, California.
Tommy teaches Jeet Kune Do (JKD) the way it was intended to be taught, for self defense. "We are only interested in practical self defense techniques that work in real life situations. We are convinced that the mechanical principles of Bruce Lee’s fighting method are as valid today as they were when Bruce Lee was alive."
Participants will train for one day, 8 hours straight where they will learn “cutting edge” JKD.
Equipment Needed: Eye protective goggles, Groin guard, Fingerless gloves, Focus mitts, Optional: Shin guards.
Cost: $150 per participant.
