Hello NS My Raynor door operator is at least 20 yrs old and it has the Delta 3 receiver. I get a clicking noise and the door will not open. Is it the Delta 3 malfunctioning? Thanks.

Can you hook up a smart garage opener to this type of controller? I purchased a GoControl GD00Z-4 and blew out the transformer upon connection (note the transformer that was in the garage was underrated and had been replaced before. I have replaced with an original 40Va) to terminal R1 to R2 like the online instructions show. I have a 12' RV bay door and the opener has a open/close/stop switch inside but works on standard opener delta-3 remotes. Any suggestions?
